My daughter is enjoying her new Uggs. We were so excited that they were in stock and they came in just as expected. We feared they might be a knock off, but they're the real deal!

Suffice it to say I am totally impressed. I know that free overnight shipping, but I still think there will be days before you can pull shoes, so that they are ready to send the system, so they are in my house, next week, are impressive. This is the best shoe store! You certainly have my business life ... If you have been providing free overnight shipping!

I purchased the chocolate short uggs last year and thought it was just a fluke when they kept getting wet inside.(yes, I purchased the Ugg Waterproofing spray) So, I purchased another pair this winter only to have the water leak in through the bottom. I have sinced inquired about this at various places that sell Uggs, only to be informed that the Uggs made in China do not hold up as well as they did when they were in Austrailia. I have since purchased the Koolabura....hopefully they hold up better.

I recently purchased Crocs Nadia for my teenage daughter, and she says that they are not only a lot more comfortable, but they keep her feet warmer. And the Nadia's cost half what her old Uggs did.
